Where's the snow?




I don't know about you but I think snow on the ground looks a lot better than water and gloominess!

The pregnancy is going better than expected!! I had a check up just this morning and the ultrasound results were great! The due date is not changing any (5/7/07). According to the u/s the baby was measuring for a due date of May 12. Mom and I are crossing our fingers for May 11 (that would make 3 generations with the same birth date!)The holiday gatherings did treat me and the baby to lots of goodies!

We had Christmas Eve (afternoon) at the Symon household (Rich's mom and step-dad)and then evening with Rich's aunt Judy, uncle Russ and cousin Shane, Christmas with my parents, and then my mom's side of the family Christmas party on the 30th. Way too much food! Some of our neighbors had a block style Christmas get together so it was real nice to meet all of them. It was really nice to see everyone! The Wilcox side had a get together earlier in December in Houghton Lake but we were unable to attend. Rich's dad is in South Carolina and we exchanged gifts via snail mail this year. Hope to see him really soon!! We also were able to spend New Year's Eve with our friends from college. Jon, Rich's best man, and his wife and little one were home from Minnesota so it was real great to see them! Their little one, Annabelle, is getting so big and too cute!

Prayers going out to our friends and great neighbor's Matt and Kari. Kari was in the hospital last week because her amniotic fluids are real low. She is about 32 wks along (lots of play dates for our little ones!). After lots of testing and many doctor's apts this week things are looking better! This will be their first child as well so we are very fortunate that we are going through our pregnancies together!

Also, our friends Jason and Heather are experiencing some pregnancy issues. Heather has been on bed rest for already a month + . Her and I are due within weeks of each other so this has been another great couple to share ideas, symptoms, and worries with!

Our hearts are with both of these families!!!
